This Privacy Policy explains how Affordable Restoration collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit this website or submit a request through our contact form.
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. You may also provide a company name, phone number, requested service, and an optional photo or document. The form requires your consent to be contacted about the request.
Optional uploads are limited to one PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, or JPG file of up to 5 MB. Files may contain personal information that is visible in the document or image. Before uploading, remove any information you do not want to share, including image location metadata where applicable.
Information collected automatically
Our website and hosting systems may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested page, referring page, and error or security events. The contact form also processes submission timing, the originating page, and anti-spam signals.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and respond to your request, discuss restoration or remodeling services, arrange an inspection or follow-up, send form-related email notifications, maintain business records, troubleshoot delivery problems, prevent spam and misuse, protect the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Submitting the form creates an entry in Gravity Forms on our WordPress content-management system. The system sends an administrative notification about the request and may send a confirmation to the email address you provide. If an uploaded file is accepted, Gravity Forms may store the file with the entry and include it with an administrative notification.
How information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information submitted through the contact form. We disclose information only as needed to respond to your request, operate the website and contact system, deliver email, protect the service, or comply with law. This may include authorized Affordable Restoration personnel and service providers that host or maintain the website, WordPress, Gravity Forms, file storage, security tools, or email delivery.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a lawful request, enforce our rights, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, or safety of visitors, Affordable Restoration, or others.
Spam prevention and security
The contact system uses validation, consent checks, an invisible honeypot field, submission-timing checks, request limits, file-type verification, rate limiting, and origin checks. Cloudflare Turnstile may also be enabled to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. When enabled, Turnstile processes technical and security information under Cloudflare’s own privacy practices.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your service request.
Cookies, analytics, and external services
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and how people use the public website. It measures page views, general traffic sources, and whether a visitor begins or successfully submits the contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers and receives browser, device, and interaction information. We do not send contact form fields, message text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or attachments to Google Analytics. Google describes how it processes information from sites using its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We do not currently run advertising tags.
Standard hosting and security logs may still be created as described above. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it may use browser storage or cookies necessary for security and abuse prevention. Pages may load images, files, or other assets from our separate WordPress content-management domain. That server receives the technical information normally sent when a browser requests an online resource.
How long information is retained
Contact submissions are stored as Gravity Forms entries. Entries and accepted uploads remain stored until an authorized administrator deletes them or a configured retention process removes them. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, maintain appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations.
Security rate-limit data is temporary. Failed file uploads are removed from temporary processing when the submission cannot be completed, subject to normal server cleanup and logging.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to provide optional information or an attachment. If you have submitted personal information, you may ask us to provide access to it, correct it, or delete it. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for legal, security, administrative, or recordkeeping purposes.
To make a privacy request, use our contact page and clearly state that your message concerns privacy. You may also use the phone or mailing information shown in the website footer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, contact process, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
