Affordable Restoration reviews

Jason and his crew were prompt and worked hard and fast to get some work we needed done for our house sale. I would highly recommend them and use them again. They went above and beyond to get the work done to our satisfaction.

My name is Sam, I live in Hayden Lake Idaho. I had the opportunity to call on Affordable Restoration this past month. I would like to say one of the better experiences I enjoyed during my lifetime. I had a water problem this past winter and they came to my home immediately removed all of the water and my belongings. They did it as fast as anyone could handle the situation and very professionally. I entourage you to contact Mike a real pro, a wonderful human being and a great company.

Over the many years we have been real estate agents who have struggled to find contractors to perform work for our clients. We were fortunate to come across Affordable Restorations when we had a very difficult situation at a listing we had under contract. The buyers’ home inspector performed a radon test and found radon to be present inside the home. The buyers’ requested a radon mitigation. On a recommendation from another agent we contacted Affordable Restoration. We called Affordable Restoration and Mike came and viewed the property and gave an estimate of the cost to guarantee to mitigate the radon to meet EPA action levels. We found Mike and Affordable Restoration to be very professional and their work ethic was far beyond what we have experienced over the years with other contractors. We had another minor problem on another listing under contract. There were three damaged shingles on the roof that needed to be replaced. We called Mike and even though this was a very minor repair job Mike got on it promptly completed. We would very highly recommend Affordable Restoration to perform any home improvement project.

We hired Affordable Restoration to put new sheathing and underlayment on our metal roof when Jason and his team came out to do the work they found that the metal roof was in bad shape and would need to be replaced.Jason honored his original quote and installed a new roof at his own expense. His team was extremely professional, clean and polite and they got the job done fast!I highly recommend Affordable Restoration. Jason is a man of his word and that is hard to find these days!

Affordable Restoration was recommended to me by the inspector I hired before I put my late brother’s home in Sandpoint on the market. I’ve learned through the years that getting a house inspected before putting it up for sale can save headaches and nasty surprises later. Since I live in North Carolina, it could have been a nightmare to coordinate the work but Jason and Heather were with me every step of the way. The work was done quickly and professionally and my realtors were thrilled. I’m happy to say the new owners have already moved in. Thank you AR team for everything.
